Monta works as part of Tern's production team, planning, organising, assisting with production needs and looking after programmes from pre-production to delivery.
She joined Tern in 2014 and has since worked on a variety of programmes, including two of the company's returning series – 'Beechgrove Garden' and 'Emergency Helicopter Medics'
